Students from the School of Construction and Design Technologies are displaying their knowledge and skill by creating an area of respite to be enjoyed by the Penn College community. A new scholarship fund at Pennsylvania College of Technology honors the memory of the founder of a Berks County construction and design firm. The agreement to establish the Dwight E. Stoltzfus Memorial Trade Scholarship at Penn College was recently completed by Stoltzfus' widow, Kay, and their son Nicholas. Dwight Stoltzfus died in December 2004.
