Paul Zell Sr. Services were at the convenience of the family for Paul J. Zell Sr., a retired Penn College faculty member, who died Saturday, Nov. 24. Zell taught plumbing from August 1975-August 1986 in the college's Construction Technology Division (now the School of Construction and Design Technologies).
