A campus organization at Pennsylvania College of Technology is putting its money where its classmates are, starting a scholarship fund to help construction students meet the costs of their education.

Carol A. Lugg has been named assistant dean for the School of Construction & Design Technologies at Pennsylvania College of Technology. Lugg most recently was director of the Office of Transfer Initiatives, smoothing incoming students’ pathways to bachelor’s degrees and furthering articulation agreements with two-year institutions in majors that dovetail with Penn College’s academic offerings.

Pennsylvania College of Technology will continue the dialogue engendered by its Centennial Colloquia Series – designed to explore the impact of technology on society – by hosting a roundtable discussion with the series’ faculty presenters. Scheduled for Feb. 11 at 7 p.m.
