Pennsylvania College of Technology men's and women's basketball teams return to Penn State University Athletic Conference action this week after a week during which they each went 0-3 against non-league opponents. Barring the unforeseen, senior Greg Solyak (Lititz) should eclipse the college men's career scoring record some time during the week.

Penn College hosted District 6 SkillsUSA competitions Friday on its main campus, where vocational students from a number of area high schools went head-to-head in six hands-on categories.

Penn College Greek Life set high academic standards during the Fall 2010 semester, according to Erin M. Datteri, assistant director of student activities for Greek life and leadership. The all-Greek semester grade-point average was 2.720, above the collegewide all-student average of 2.523.

Penn College's Presidential Leadership Program Year One students went on an overnight retreat last weekend in Bucknell University's Cowen Conference Center, spending time in leadership activities specifically focused on the topic of collaboration.
