Le Jeune Chef Restaurant, a live-learning lab for students in Pennsylvania College of Technology's School of Hospitality, is now accepting gift cards. This is a new service for the restaurant's patrons to replace its gift certificates. Unlike the certificates, the gift cards may be ordered over the phone with a credit card or purchased in person in the restaurant.

The Caterpillar Foundation and four dealerships recently delivered another $148,000 in instructional funding to Pennsylvania College of Technology and its students, bringing to nearly $1.5 million the total contribution since the Fall 1994 semester. "Penn College's relationship with CAT continues to grow stronger," said Mary A. Sullivan, dean of natural resources management.

Students from the culinary arts program at Pennsylvania College of Technology have provided ideas for Le Jeune Chef Restaurant's December/holiday dinner menu, to be served from Dec. 5-20. For the month, the restaurant's multicourse offerings feature ideas by Christopher D'Annibale, Center Valley; Matthew W. Dickey, Franklin; and Joshua J. Fidler, Schuylkill Haven; with support from Benjamin B.
