Le Jeune Chef Restaurant, a live-learning lab for students in Pennsylvania College of Technology's School of Hospitality, is now accepting gift cards. This is a new service for the restaurant's patrons to replace its gift certificates. Unlike the certificates, the gift cards may be ordered over the phone with a credit card or purchased in person in the restaurant.

The Caterpillar Foundation and four dealerships recently delivered another $148,000 in instructional funding to Pennsylvania College of Technology and its students, bringing to nearly $1.5 million the total contribution since the Fall 1994 semester.
