Penn College saw victories from the men's and women's soccer teams and men's tennis, while the cross country teams competed in the Lock Haven Invitational and men's golf saw action on its home course at the Williamsport Country Club. Women's volleyball picked up a set win against Keuka in its tri-match at Lancaster Bible.
On the horizon: Wednesday marks the first home action of the week as the women's volleyball team hosts United East Conference foe Penn State Harrisburg at 7 p.m. Saturday will be action-packed and full of home contests as women's volleyball hosts Gallaudet and Lebanon Valley for a tri-match starting at 11 a.m. The Wildcat women's and men's soccer teams are celebrating Senior Day when the two teams host Wilson (1 p.m.) and Lancaster Bible (3:30 p.m.), respectively. Men's and women's tennis are also in action at the Central PA Tennis Center, taking on Susquehanna at 1 p.m.
Penn College got off to a strong start to United East Conference action with a 6-0 shutout over Penn State Brandywine on Saturday. Freshman Camryn Lobb (Lititz, Pa.) scored two goals in the win, while sophomore Megan Kurian (Limerick, Pa.) and freshman Lily Persing (Shikellamy, Pa.) aided in the victory with a goal and an assist each. Sophomore Cadence Holmberg (Fairfield, Pa.) and senior Rylee Oliphant (Red Lion, Pa.) also scored in the win. Against Ramapo in nonconference action on Wednesday, freshman Harley Oliphant (Red Lion, Pa.) collected three saves to earn her third shutout of the season. For her efforts on the week, sophomore Gianna Gamble (Selinsgrove, Pa.) was named United East Conference Defensive Player of the Week. Gamble was part of the Wildcats' defense that allowed just three shots on goal against the Roadrunners and Nittany Lions.

The Wildcats went undefeated in men's soccer competition with a 1-1 draw against Pitt-Greensburg on Wednesday and a 6-2 victory against Penn State Brandywine to begin United East competition, 1-0-0. In a low-activity match on Wednesday, junior Scott Goldfeder (Mechanicsburg, Pa.) netted the game-tying goal against the Bobcats in the 81st minute. Penn College and Pitt-Greensburg combined for just six shots on goal in the game.
Against the Nittany Lions on Saturday, the Wildcats benefited from six different scorers and three goals in each of the first and second halves. Freshman Warrick Beachy (Mifflinburg, Pa.) scored his team-leading fourth goal of the season in the 18th minute, followed by sophomore Joshua Hudak (Allentown, Pa.) in the 30th minute. Sophomore Sean McGroarty (Yardley, Pa.), senior Hunter Gabloff (Succasunna, N.J.), and sophomores Joey Singley (Elysburg, Pa.) and Marvin Martinez (Philadelphia, Pa.) all netted their first goals of the season to pace the offense.

Penn College dropped sets scores of 25-19, 25-16 and 25-22 to Elmira in a midweek matchup. Sophomore Lilly Stockum (Dauphin, Pa.) led the Wildcats against the Soaring Eagles with seven kills and 10.5 points, adding three service aces and a block assist. Sophomore Taryn Smith (Edinburg, Pa.) recorded a team-high 11 assists and matched the team lead with three aces. Junior Peyton Maass (Harrisburg, Pa.) collected a team-best nine digs while adding four kills and three aces in the match.
In their first United East Conference match at Lancaster Bible on Saturday, the Wildcats fell in straight sets, 25-13, 25-16 and 25-9. Maass led the way with a team-high six kills and five digs. Freshman Callie Riddle (Spring Mills, Pa.) posted nine digs, and Smith posted six assists, three digs and an ace against the Chargers.
The Wildcats did claim a set victory (25-18) against Keuka in the second match on Saturday before the Wolves won by set scores of 25-20, 25-11 and 25-16 in the four-set meeting. Maass paced the Wildcats for the second straight match with eight kills and 11 digs. Riddle recorded 15 digs, and freshman Sam Prisco (Milford, Pa.) added four kills on a .400 hitting percentage and three block assists.

Penn College remained undefeated in the fall season with a 4-3 victory at Mount Aloysius on Friday. Eli Greeley earned the match-winning point after grinding out a 6-3, 1-6 (10-9 TB) score at No. 2 singles. Lormutor Kpangbai and Brayden Krenzar gave the Wildcats a 3-0 lead early with forfeit victories at No. 5 and No. 6 singles, respectively. Kpangbai and Krenzar also won, 6-3, at No. 2 doubles to pick up the doubles point for Penn College.
Sunday's match at Misericordia was postponed due to rain.

Penn College saw two career-best finishes at the Lock Haven Invitational as seniors Chase Ebeling and Elaina Brady led their respective squads on Saturday. Ebeling crossed the line in 28:01.4 to place 45th. Bryce Martin (28:05.8), Logan Bohrer (28:17.4), Aiden Magnussen (30:21.5) and Michael Burcik (30:30.3) were the top five Wildcat runners.
Brady led the women's team with a personal-best 26:14.9 to finish in 83rd. Amy Rhol (27:31.2), Kate Butzler (27:47.1), Adelyn McDermott (29:39.3) and Zoe Duhon (37:07.9) also competed for the Wildcats on Saturday.

Penn College finished 17th out of 18 teams at the talent-loaded Northeast Elite tournament held at the Williamsport Country Club on Sunday and Monday. Brett Keenan paced the Wildcats in the tournament as he finished tied for 69th at 16-over 158, carding rounds of 80 and 78. Carter Girton finished tied for 71st at 19-over 159 after rounds of 80 and 79. Chase Dillman and Bryce Carey tied for 77th at 18-over 160. Dillman carded rounds of 82 and 78. Carey shaved off 16 strokes after his first round of 88 to shoot 72 on day two. Logan Gawlinski tied for 83rd at 20-over 162 after rounds of 76 and 86.
