The Penn College Community Arts Center recently received a $2,500 donation from Fulton Bank through Pennsylvania’s Educational Improvement Tax Credit program. This contribution supports the Arts Center’s mission to provide accessible arts programming and cultural experiences to students in the region.
“Fulton Bank is honored to champion the Community Arts Center’s educational programs through the EITC initiative. By investing in these opportunities, we’re helping ensure that learners of all ages across Lycoming County can discover, explore and be inspired by the arts. It’s incredibly rewarding to help expand access to such meaningful, creative experiences,” said Brian Paulhamus, commercial relationship manager for Fulton Bank.

The Community Arts Center is an approved Educational Improvement Organization by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development. The EITC program allows businesses to redirect tax dollars to approved educational organizations, amplifying the impact of community investment. Fulton Bank’s support will help sustain the Arts Center’s educational programs, which bring live performances and interactive learning opportunities to thousands of students each year.
“For over 30 years, the Community Arts Center has been a vital part of downtown Williamsport,” said Ana Gonzalez-White, director of development and community relations. “Our educational, student-centered programs reach our youngest and most diverse population, and we are proud of that. This support from Fulton Bank helps make that possible.”
In addition to EITC support, funding for the educational programs is derived from various sources, including individual donations, corporate sponsorships and grants. For more information about giving opportunities, contact Gonzalez-White at 570-327-7657 or by email.
The Arts Center is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in the region through the arts.
