Audriana L. Empet, director of admissions, has been named to Pennsylvania Business Central’s 2025 “Foremost Under 40” list, published on Nov. 28.
Empet is treasurer-elect for the Pennsylvania Association for College Admission Counseling, for which she was previously an at-large delegate to the Executive Committee. She’s also a member of the National Association for College Admission Counseling.

She is a member of the United Way of North Central Pennsylvania’s Board of Directors, a volunteer for YWCA Northcentral PA, and a Leadership Lycoming graduate and operating committee member.
Empet began her work at Penn College in 2017 as associate director of admissions. Previously, she worked for Cornell University, Mansfield University and Elmira Business Institute.
Empet holds a Master of Arts in communication studies from Edinboro University with concentrations in managerial and leadership communication and intercultural and international communication, as well as a graduate certificate in conflict management. She completed a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Arizona.
Also named to the list are two Penn College alumni:
- Christopher Erdman, director of hospitalists/critical care and patient logistics for UPMC. Erdman completed Penn College bachelor’s degrees in business administration: management concentration (2009) and nursing (2013).
- Christopher Gayman, manager of domestic sales for Lycoming Engines. He holds a bachelor’s in aviation maintenance technology (2010) and an associate degree in aviation technology (2009).
