As part of Penn College's annual "Give Thanks, Paw It Forward" campaign, College Relations is amplifying the gratitude of students and alumni for their life-changing collegiate experiences.

Throughout this week, thank you notes are being written, social media posts are being shared, posters and digital displays are touting the celebration of appreciation all across Penn College’s campuses – and Penn College News is sharing daily messages of thanks.

To close out the week, a corporate partner shares why its support for Penn College is a sound investment.

“This is more than a financial contribution: It’s a strategic investment in the people and potential of our region,” said Patti Jackson-Gehris, market president, UPMC North Central Pa. “UPMC relies on a diverse and highly skilled workforce, from clinical staff to the tradespeople who build and maintain our facilities. Many of them are Penn College graduates. By supporting this program, we’re helping to ensure that students have access to the tools, training and pathways they need to build meaningful careers right here at home.”
