Fifty-eight nursing students were inducted into Penn College's Omega Theta Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau. The international nursing honor society is dedicated to the advancement of knowledge, teaching, learning and service through the cultivation of practice, education and research.
The Pennsylvania College of Technology Omega Theta Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau recently held its annual induction ceremony. Fifty-eight students were inducted into the international nursing honor society, which is dedicated to the advancement of knowledge, teaching, learning and service through the cultivation of practice, education and research.

To be eligible for membership in Sigma Theta Tau as an undergraduate, students must complete half of their bachelor’s degree nursing curriculum, achieve academic excellence in the form of a 3.0 or higher GPA, rank in the top 35% of their graduating class and meet the expectation of academic integrity.
