Weymer brings to the position a decade of higher education leadership experience at Lycoming College and Penn College. At Lycoming, she served as assistant dean for student success, assistant dean of first-year students, and director of civic engagement and personal development. At Penn College, she was coordinator of student health and wellness education, project and communications coordinator for the Assessment, Research & Planning office, and an admissions counselor. Prior to Penn College, she was a communications and development manager for YWCA Northcentral PA.
Her most recent position was with Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit, where she was a grant research and development manager.

Weymer holds a master’s degree in corporate and organizational communication from Northeastern University and a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from Penn College.
