Blymier, who joined the college in 2014, when most of its teams were competing in the United States Collegiate Athletic Association, discusses the challenge of transitioning to NCAA competition. He also shares his journey from newspaper sports writer to his current role and shares his perspective on the importance of mentorship – both for aspiring coaches and student-athletes.
