Penn College's Residence Life celebrated its 2024-25 resident assistants at a year-end banquet, held in the Thompson Professional Development Center.

Awards were given as follows: Office Assistant of the Year, Nando Ubaldini; Educational Program of the Year to Clinton/Delaware/Juniata staff for “Safe and Saucy”; Social Program of the Year to Valentino Barillaro, Dimitri Maroulis and John Schwear III, for “Rowdy Raffle”; Always Hallways, Mildred Sanchez; Rising Star of the Year, Antonio Zampini; Resident Assistant of the Year, Carter Flory; and Tracy Garis Leadership Award, Cici Miller.

The event also recognized the graduating students among the resident assistant staff and the five senior resident assistants.

Also honored were two longtime staff who are joining the retiree ranks – Timothy J. Mallery, director of residence life, and Barbara A. Adzema, residence life assistant. Mallery’s last day was May 30, and Adzema departs in July.
