Beth M. Bittenbender, executive director of operations/special projects for Workforce Development at Pennsylvania College of Technology, is among leaders named to The 2025 Trailblazers in Economic & Workforce Development list, released Tuesday by City & State Pennsylvania.
“From small businesses to apprenticeship programs to public-private partnerships, the commonwealth’s economy hums along thanks in large part to those listed among City & State PA’s 2025 Trailblazers in Economic & Workforce Development,” the report reads. “Featured this year are the Pennsylvanians who connect students with post-graduate opportunities, make sure education aligns with the needs of today’s businesses and support grassroots development initiatives, from neighborhood revitalizations to startup outfits."
