“I couldn’t be prouder of our team’s efforts,” Reed said. “Enrollment is up 6% from last year – and 8% from two years ago – and our overall graduate-placement rate is nearly 98%.
“Knocking down silos to enhance collaboration between faculty and admissions and building out a comprehensive retention support network that includes counseling and inclusion efforts will best meet the needs of students, mission and team – which, in turn, will allow us to best serve our industry partners.”
“I was pleased to make recommendations to the board for these actions, which will help to ensure strong and sustainable financial, recruitment and retention leadership at Penn College,” Reed continued. “Anthony’s promotion in rank acknowledges his expanded responsibilities in enrollment and academic operations, and Jon is an ideal choice to succeed Suzanne, who has served the college with distinction for nearly two decades.”
