What's Wildcat Wednesday without the Wildcat? The Penn College mascot has a Campus Center meet-up with Mark S. Huby, a building automation engineering technology student from Scotch Plains, N.J.
This week's Wildcat Wednesday instilled Penn College Pride, then used that spirit to promote Thursday's campus visit by the Piscataway Nation Singers & Dancers.
The Piscataway were the first Native Americans to encounter Capt. John Smith along the banks of the Potomac River in 1608. Today, the touring troupe – performing from 3:30-4:30 p.m. Thursday in Penn's Inn (Bush Campus Center, second floor) – carries on the long-standing traditions, culture and heritage of their Indigenous ancestors.

Information about the Piscataway Nation visit – promising Native American dance, drum and song – was wrapped around tasty giveaways.
