Among the many accommodations that The Madigan Library provides students as they inch ever closer to final exams (comfy chairs, later hours, study rooms for collaborative strategizing), none is as sweet and cuddly as a stress-reduction visit from a pair of therapy dogs. Campus legends after only a relative few years of selfless service, Winnie and Indy continued melting hearts and easing tension during a Wednesday night meetup.

Books can wait, at least for now. Alana L. Lapenta, a senior graduating soon with a bachelor’s degree in applied management, savors the quiet with Winnie. Lapenta, of Camp Hill, already holds an associate degree in baking & pastry arts.
