On Saturday, 23 students assisted the Greater Lycoming Habitat for Humanity ReStore with cleaning a large shipment of various kitchen and bathroom cabinets, as well as sweeping and vacuuming the off-site storage area. The Habitat ReStore is a retail outlet where quality used building materials, furniture and appliances are sold to the public at discounted prices.

“This super-efficient group got the assigned tasks done in record time!" said Shannon L. Skaluba, the college's student organization specialist (who hosted the service activity and provided the photos). "We had a nice mix of students who enjoy giving back to their community, from members of the men’s soccer team, to representatives of multiple student organizations, and students who just love to volunteer. It is always great to see our Wildcats come together and make a difference in the local community.”Among those represented at February's assignment were the Architecture Club at Penn College, Institute of Electronics & Electrical Engineers, PC Alliance, Penn College Emergency Management Club, the Phi Mu Delta and Sigma Pi fraternities, and Wildcat men's soccer.
