Pennsylvania College of Technology is offering Industrial Arc Flash Safety Training at a substantially discounted price through funds provided by a U.S. Department of Labor Make It In America Grant to the Central Pennsylvania Workforce Development Corp
.
To be eligible, participants must be incumbent workers at companies located in one of the following counties: Bradford, Centre, Clinton, Columbia, Lycoming, Mifflin, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga or Union.
The class will be held from 8 a.m. to noon Wednesday and Thursday, Feb. 24-25, on Penn College’s main campus in Williamsport. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The cost is $99, reduced by grant funding from the regular retail price of $349.
