The email signature template below is designed to complement the College's brand, meet accessibility guidelines, and work consistently across all email clients. To use template:

  1. Copy the content from email signature template the below.
  2. Paste the content into Outlook's signature tool (see Microsoft's support guide for detailed steps).
  3. Replace contract placeholders with your personal details. (Replace BLDG 000 with your office location building and room number, e.g., LIB 321.)
  4. Refer to the Email Signature Style guidelines below for elements not reflected in the template.

Font
  • Name: Aptos Bold
  • College name: Aptos Bold Uppercase
  • Job title: Aptos Italics
  • All other: Aptos Normal

Note: for enhanced accessibility, you may elect to replace Aptos with Georgia.

Font Size
  • Minimum 11pt, balanced with the size used for your email body
Colors
  • College name: #0072ce (RGB 0,114,206)
  • Other text: Black
  • Hyperlinks: System default
Special characters
  • "|": Vertical pipe separator for multiple elements on a single line
  • ".": Phone area code, prefix, and line number separator
  • "x": Phone extension prefix
  • BLDG abbreviations: see the Campus & Building Names guide for correct abbreviations (e.g., DJG, BWD, CC, ATHS).
Images

To avoid unnecessary clutter and brand drift and to prevent Outlook attachment issues, do not include images in your signature.

Social media links

You may opt to include your department or personal links/handles in plain text using the above style preferences
