In 2025-26, Pennsylvania College of Technology and the Penn College Foundation awarded donor-funded scholarships to 798 students, totaling $2,057,924. Twenty-one new scholarships were established. Ten are endowed funds.

• Pathfinder to Excellence Scholarship: Benefits incoming students who have a high school GPA of 3.0 or better, have a demonstrated financial need and are enrolled full time in heavy equipment technology or on-site power generation technology.
• Gregory A. Tama Pathways to Success Automotive Scholarship: Benefits full-time automotive degree students. Primary preference will be given to students from Bradford County, with secondary preference to students from other parts of Pennsylvania.
• Urick Family Scholarship: Benefits incoming students in forestry or landscape/plant production.
• Linda F. Clark, BS RN, Memorial Nursing Scholarship: Benefits incoming students who have graduated from a high school in Pennsylvania, are enrolled full time in any nursing major and have a demonstrated financial need.
• Cullen Gorden Memorial Scholarship: Benefits full-time students in the heavy construction equipment program.
• Richard Fetter Nursing and Health Sciences Scholarship: Benefits students who graduated from Selinsgrove High School, have completed their first two years of study at Penn College with a GPA of 2.8 or higher, are enrolled full time in a nursing and health sciences program, and have a demonstrated financial need.
• Chaplain (Col.) Gregory H. Pelesh Scholarship: Benefits students in any major who are veterans or military students returning to education to pursue a second career.
• Carl J. Miller Aviation Scholarship: Benefits full-time aviation students who have a demonstrated financial need and are from Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
• Martin Family Automotive Scholarship: Benefits full-time automotive students who have a demonstrated financial need and are from Pennsylvania or Florida.
• William T. Castle Family Automotive Restoration Scholarship: Benefits full-time students who have a demonstrated financial need and are enrolled in automotive restoration.
• BWX Technologies Inc. Scholarship: Benefits students who have a demonstrated financial need and are enrolled full time in manufacturing engineering technology, automated manufacturing technology, machine tool technology, metal fabrication technology, welding & fabrication engineering technology, non-destructive testing, or welding technology. Preference will be given to students who are interns or will be interning at BWX Technologies Inc.
• David C. Cross Automotive Restoration Scholarship: Benefits full-time students enrolled in the automotive restoration major.
• Farm Credit Foundation for Agricultural Advancement Scholarship: Benefits full-time students in forest technology, diesel technology, heavy equipment technology or landscape/plant production technology who are from Delaware, Pennsylvania, Washington, D.C., or designated counties in Maryland, Virginia or West Virginia.
• Edward Mattos Remco Inc. Scholarship: Benefits students with a demonstrated financial need who are enrolled full time in heating, ventilation & air conditioning technology or electrical technology and are from Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia or North Carolina. Preference will be given to students employed by Remco Inc. (including interns and immediate family members of a Remco Inc. employee).
• Larry A. Ward ’66 Electronics & Computer Engineering Technology Endowed Scholarship: Benefits full-time or part-time students enrolled in automation engineering technology: robotics & automation or electronics & computer engineering technology with a robotics & automation emphasis or electronics & computer engineering emphasis who can demonstrate an ability to work through and solve problems in a hands-on manner.
• Larry A. Ward ’66 and Allen Ely Mechatronics Endowed Scholarship: Benefits full-time or part-time students enrolled in mechatronics technology or automation engineering technology: mechatronics who can demonstrate an ability to work through and solve problems in a hands-on manner.
• Larry A. Ward ’66 and Howard Troup Manufacturing Endowed Scholarship: Benefits full-time or part-time students enrolled in automated manufacturing technology, machine tool technology or manufacturing engineering technology who can demonstrate an ability to work through and solve problems in a hands-on manner.
• The Wheel Inn Endowed Scholarship: Benefits students from Bradford, Lycoming, Sullivan or Tioga county, enrolled full time in any major, who have a demonstrated financial need.
• Mold Technologies Division Scholarship: Benefits full-time or part-time students enrolled in polymer engineering technology, polymer technology, automated manufacturing technology, machine tool technology or manufacturing engineering technology who have a demonstrated financial need. Higher consideration will be given to students who are seeking to convert journey-level credentials, are employed in the mold making industry while working toward these degrees, or have completed a tour of service in the United States military.
• Acadental Scholarship: Benefits students who have completed two semesters of study with a GPA of 3.5 or higher, are enrolled full time in the dental hygiene program and demonstrate and promote dental education.
• Trinseo Annual Scholarship: Benefits students who have completed two semesters of study with a GPA of 3.0 or higher and are enrolled full time in polymer engineering technology or polymer technology.
