Student ID Center Photo Upload

This form is available for ID uploads until Friday, August 7, 2026.

After August 7, ID photos will only be taken at the ID Center in LEC B1017. If you have questions, please contact the IT Service Desk at idcenter@pct.edu.

Background must be solid color and not cropped in.

If the submitted image does not follow the guidelines for an ID Center image, outlined above, it will be rejected and you must wait in line to get your picture taken for your ID when you arrive on campus.

Photo ID Center staff will email you in the event your photo is rejected.

Student ID Pickup

Once you’ve completed the form below, your ID will be available after 5 business days and can be picked up at the ID Center in LEC B1017, during New Student Orientation, or at Welcome Week check-in.

  • Click on Admissions Information option in left navigation
  • Then click on Wildcat Ready Checklist
  • Your Student ID number is at the top of the page

You must submit your ID photo and no other images. Providing false identification or information could result in a violation of the Student Code of Conduct and/or law.

If the submitted image does not follow the guidelines for an ID Center image, outlined above, it will be rejected and you must wait in line to get your picture taken for your ID when you arrive on campus for the Spring semester.
