E-Tech designs, develops, and manufactures assembly products for manufacturers within the aerospace, automobile, and heavy equipment industries. These products are used to assemble fasteners in limited clearance areas in the production manufacturing process.
Our company has a long history with Penn College. We have several senior employees from Williamsport Area Community College. Approx 75% of our employees have been through degree programs, apprenticeship programs, or continuing educational programs.

John Estep was one of three alumni recognized for his exemplary achievements during the May 2019 commencement ceremonies. Estep, of Troy, is a 1974 mechanical drafting graduate of Penn College’s predecessor institution Williamsport Area Community College. The award recognizes those who have made significant contributions in their chosen field and demonstrated the importance of his or her Penn College education.
John M. Estep could easily take credit for the success of E-Tech Industrial Corp., given his parenting of the brainchild. He has attained five patents in a 42-year professional life, twice been a finalist for the Governor’s Impact Award and was a 2003 “Business of the Year” honoree by the Northern Tier Regional Planning and Development Commission.
