Reached out to the Admissions Office and got in contact with Angelo and Justin; researched reputable institutions around the Kutztown area.
WHY DO YOU BELIEVE PENN COLLEGE IS A SOUND INVESTMENT? WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR RETURN?
The program that Penn College has in place is exactly what we are looking for. Penn College prepares their students for real life situations while in school so that upon graduation, they can plug and play in many different industries. The internship program is a great foot in the door while in school and can easily transition to full-time employment upon graduation.
WHAT QUALITITES DO YOU VALUE MOST WHEN RECRUITING PENN COLLEGE STUDENTS AND ALUMNI?
When recruiting students and alumni, we look for a combination of strong foundational skills and the right mindset. Key qualities include a willingness to learn, adaptability, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in solving real-world problems. We value individuals who are proactive, team-oriented, and able to think critically—especially in fast-paced, ever-changing environments. Academic background is important, but we place just as much emphasis on problem-solving ability, initiative, and cultural fit.
