The program that Penn College has in place is exactly what we are looking for. Penn College prepares their students for real life situations while in school so that upon graduation, they can plug and play in many different industries. The internship program is a great foot in the door while in school and can easily transition to full-time employment upon graduation.
When recruiting students and alumni, we look for a combination of strong foundational skills and the right mindset. Key qualities include a willingness to learn, adaptability, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in solving real-world problems.
