Student Help Desk

Penn College students with personal computers and laptops receive free technical assistance at the Student Help Desk.

Employee Help Desk

Employees needing assistance with College-owned computers, account passwords, and other ITS services, can contact the Employee Help Desk.

myPCT Portal for Students and Employees

This website provides a basic overview of our services for prospective students and their parents. Current students and employees can find more details by visiting the ITS Department site on the myPCT Portal (login required). Detailed information and instructions cover topics such as user accounts and passwords, Wildcat Wireless access, college email, student printing, network drives (e.g., H drive, R drive, S drive), free anti-virus software, and much more.
