Pam Dincher

Pamela Dincher serves as Executive Director of Strategic Initiatives at Pennsylvania College of Technology’s Workforce Development division, where she leads innovative programming in workforce readiness, micro-credentials, and strategic marketing. She oversees complex initiatives that integrate training technologies, expand pathway models, and foster collaboration across departments and external partners. With over two decades of experience in strategic planning, marketing, and workforce development, Pamela brings a solution-oriented mindset to every project. Her leadership has driven impactful programs in clean energy, building performance, and career and technical education across Pennsylvania. Known for her ability to translate vision into action, she frequently represents the College at regional and national industry events. Pamela holds a B.B.A. in Marketing and is passionate about creating accessible, future-ready workforce solutions.
