Our Bias Response Form provides a structured way for members of our campus community to report incidents or concerns related to bias, discrimination, or prejudice. Submitting a report helps us:

  • Document incidents to identify patterns and improve our campus climate.
  • Ensure accountability by reviewing concerns and taking appropriate action.
  • Offer support and connect individuals with resources that promote safety, inclusion, and respect.

Reports can be submitted by anyone who experiences, witnesses, or becomes aware of a bias-related incident. While not all reports will lead to formal investigations, each submission is taken seriously and helps us foster an equitable and welcoming environment.

By documenting these events, the organization can foster a more welcoming and respectful environment while informing policies, education, and prevention efforts.

Thank you for helping us achieve new levels of accountability and inclusion.
