The Penn College Community Arts Center recently received a contribution from Journey Bank through Pennsylvania’s Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program. The donation will directly support the center’s educational initiatives, helping to expand access to arts programming for students throughout the region.

Jessie L. Hafner, who worked in the Admissions Office for Penn College forerunner Williamsport Area Community College, died on Dec. 6. She was 101 years old.
