’Twas the night before finals, when just across campus, students were stirring, polishing off pancakes. So begins the tale of Midnight Breakfast – the eagerly anticipated culinary kick-off to finals week.
Laughter filled the Klump Academic Center Auditorium as the cast and crew of Penn College Theatrics brought to life "The One-Act Play That Goes Wrong." With a blend of slapstick humor, missteps and mayhem, the production ran for three performances on a late November weekend.

The annual Poinsettia Sale at Penn College’s Schneebeli Earth Science Center greenhouse begins on Monday, Dec. 9. Sale hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday while the inventory lasts. (The center is closed Saturday and Sunday.) According to the greenhouse elves, a variety of colors are available. Small poinsettias are $8, with large ones priced at $10.

Pennsylvania College of Technology automotive restoration student Ty M. Tucker and the 1948 Tucker car recently restored by students are in the spotlight with WNEP-TV's "On the Pennsylvania Road." Tucker, the great-great grandson of Preston Tucker, the legendary automotive figure responsible for the car, takes WNEP-TV anchor/reporter Jon Meyer for a spin in this segment, which aired on Wednesday.
Penn College's 2023-24 Impact Report — titled "Moving the Mission Forward" — is available online. The report gives a glimpse of the opportunities realized at Penn College in 2023-24, thanks to the efforts of many. "Pennsylvania College of Technology is an engine of economic development, crafting and adapting curriculum to meet workforce needs since 1914," says Penn College President Michael J. Reed in a video message. "The mission continues."
