Verification provides proof of enrollment, student status, and graduation and is usually requested by a student's financial lender, insurance company, or sponsor. This service is provided free of charge.
The directory information provided through an enrollment/degree verification is released in compliance with the Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act (FERPA)*. The released information does not include specific course information, grades, or GPA, as would be found on an official transcript. PCT ID and Social Security numbers are NOT included.
*Students can request that directory information not be released. See FERPA Directory Information for details.

- Use the alternative Instant Verification of Enrollment/Degree system.
- Complete and mail or fax the Verification of Enrollment/Degree form.
Third-Party Requestors
National Student Clearinghouse is authorized to provide official verifications of student enrollment and degrees. Please note that the College sends enrollment and degree data to the Clearinghouse on a periodic basis throughout and at the conclusion of each semester; however, it is possible that very recent changes in status or degree may not immediately be reflected in Clearinghouse verifications.
