    Students in Pennsylvania College of Technology’s School of Hospitality served up another year-end display of fanciful final projects during the 2012 Food Show in the Thompson Professional Development Center’s Mountain Laurel Room – including local landmarks constructed of chocolate, auctioned to benefit Habitat for Humanity.
