The deadline to apply is December 10 for spring semester admission.
International applicants planning to study on an F-1 student visa must have a complete application, including all supporting materials, on file by May 1 for fall admission or October 1 for the spring.
Early applications are encouraged.
You may apply up to a year in advance of your intended start.
*The College reserves the right to extend the application deadline. In cases where personal hardship, military service, or home relocation reasonably prevents application before the deadline, you may appeal to the Director of Admissions.
Submit Your Materials
Once we review your application we'll let you know what types of documentation (like academic transcripts) are needed.
These vary according to your particular situation and which major you've chosen.
After you apply, you will get a log-in to track the status of your application through the Student Information System.
Meet Placement Requirements
Our programs are rigorous, which is why you’ll need to show you're up for the challenge. Think of it as an assessment of your current skills in math, reading, and English to determine your best path forward to succeed in your intendeded major.
Acceptance to Penn College is offered as soon as your application and supporting materials are on file. Final acceptance is granted upon demonstrating academic readiness*.
* If you have applied for a Nursing & Health Sciences major with a selective admissions process, you will be accepted to the College as a pre-major student until you are eligible for selection and successfully obtain a seat in the program.
