Complete the Application

There are two ways that we accept applications, keep reading to decide which option makes sense for you.
You only need to submit one application.

Penn College Application

Our institutional application is for everyone. Whether you’re a first-time student, transferring from another college, returning to Penn College, or coming from the military or workforce.

Common App

First-time students can also apply using the Common App. This is a time-saving option for those students applying to multiple institutions.

Admission Deadlines

We are currently accepting applications for Spring 2020 and Fall 2020.
The Spring 2021 application will become available in early January.

Fall Spring  
MAY 01 OCT 01 International applicants planning to study on an F-1 student visa must have a complete application, including all supporting materials, on file by May 1 for fall admission or October 1 for spring admission.
Fall Spring  
AUG 01 JAN 01 The deadline to apply for returning students and non-degree-seeking students is no later than August 1 for the Fall semester and January 1 for the Spring semester

Meet Placement Requirements

Our programs are rigorous, which is why you’ll need to show you're up for the challenge. Think of it as an assessment of your current skills in math, reading, and English to determine your best path forward to succeed in your intended major.

Acceptance to Penn College is offered as soon as your application and supporting materials are on file. Final acceptance is granted upon meeting placement requirements*.

* If you have applied for a Nursing & Health Sciences major with a selective admissions process, you will be accepted to the College as a pre-major student until you are eligible for selection and successfully obtain a seat in the program.

Intent to Enroll deadlines

You’ve been accepted and met placement requirements, now seal the deal.
Refer to the deadlines below.

May 01 Degree-seeking students who wish to begin in the Fall semester and were accepted before March 31 must confirm their intent to enroll by May 1.
JULY 01 Degree-seeking students who wish to begin in the Fall semester and were accepted between April 1 and June 14 must confirm their intent to enroll by July 1.
JULY 15 Degree-seeking students who wish to begin in the Fall semester and were accepted between June 15 and July 1 must confirm their intent to enroll by July 15.

Degree-seeking students accepted after July 1 for the Fall semester must confirm their intent to enroll as soon as possible after acceptance, but no later than one week prior to the start of the semester.
