This program aims to:

Develop emerging leaders by providing one-on-one mentorship focused on assisting women students with their personal and professional goals
Promote diversity by encouraging and empowering students to develop relationships with professionals outside of their fields
Prepare the next generation of women to assume leadership positions in their disciplines
Aid in career development through networking and professional development courses
Have fun!

Here's how it works:

Want to find a mentor? Let's get started.

Sign up for the program here.
Receive a link to fill out the pairing questionnaire, which will help us accurately match mentees and mentors.
Receive your match with an introduction email from the program. This email will introduce the mentee to the mentor.
Decide what times are best for you to meet to discuss personal and professional goals.
Receive a guide for your initial meetings to facilitate the process of getting to know each other.
Sign-up for a networking event. We host one hour-long networking and professional development meeting per month. This is completely optional but an amazing opportunity to hear from industry leaders and meet more of your peers!
