Pennsylvania College of Technology will hold a commencement ceremony on Saturday, Dec. 19, for the more than 350 students who have petitioned to graduate following the Fall 2009 semester. Aviation maintenance technicians with an Airframe and Powerplant certificate and at least two years' experience can receive inspection authorization from the Federal Aviation Administration.
