Old Glory flies again

    Blue skies and a gentle breeze greeted Old Glory Thursday morning on its return "flight" atop the 120-foot pole in front of the Davie Jane Gilmour Center at Pennsylvania College of Technology. Due to a broken cable, the large American flag had not been flying since late Saturday.

    Thank you to Allison Crane & Rigging for its support, supplying the crane needed for repairs!

    The 1,800-square-foot American flag has graced the entrance to Penn College since November 2000 and serves as a community landmark and source of pride.
