Grandparents get their due in CLC celebration

    The Dunham Children's Learning Center honored grandparents on a recent Friday, celebrating a cornerstone of encouragement in youngsters' daily lives.

    "We offered a snack, activity and outside play event for the children and their grandparents to thank and honor them for the love and attention they give our children and the support they give to Moms and Dads each day," said Linda A. Reichert, the center's director. Sharing an anonymous assessment that “Grandparents are a delightful blend of laughter, caring deeds, wonderful stories and love,” Reichert said the event attracted a wonderful turnout and an abundance of smiles and fun.
