Short-Term Training Scheduled at Penn College
The short-term, full-time training – which runs from July 6-26 – prepares participants to work in the following industry sectors: energy, construction, warehousing/logistics and manufacturing. Students experience classroom and hands-on learning by instructors with real-world work experience.
To be considered for training, potential registrants must possess a valid driver’s license and have obtained the minimum of a high school diploma/GED. Pre-training screenings in the form of drug and medical testing, review of driving records, and criminal background checks are conducted.
Tuition assistance may be available; training is delivered by Penn College through its award-winning ShaleNET partnership.
