Pennsylvania College of Technology freshman Kyle Sunseri (Athens) was named both the Penn State University Athletic Conference and the United States Collegiate Athletic Association "Wrestler of the Week" for theperiod ending Jan. 22.
Sunseri went 2-0 at the 141 weight class, earning two pins against Penn State Fayette and Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology.
Sunseri is 6-5 on the year with four pins. The Penn College wrestlers are an impressive 6-3 overall and 5-1 in the PSUAC.
Next up, the Wildcats travel to Jamestown, N.Y. for the Jamestown Open on Saturday.
