Penn College students who have been in the military maynowreceive a fitness elective credit for their basic training, provided the training has taken place within the past 10 years. Students with military service would need to submit a transcript to the Admissions Office from the American Council on Education stating that the training has been evaluated. If additional credit for military experience is requested, the request will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Such requests should be directed to the departmenthead for fitness and lifetime sports or the dean of the School of Health Sciences.
