A star on the field and in the classroom, Megan was named a BE Scholar by the National Science Foundation for her academic achievements. She was also singled out by the North Eastern Athletic Conference for balancing her team commitment with personal accomplishments. In the words of her instructor, "she always strives for progress, and truly believes that there are no shortcuts to any place worth going."
I have always been interested in the world of architecture while growing up, and learning that I could use architecture to make the world a cleaner and more sustainable place sold me on furthering my education – not only in architecture, but also in sustainable design
How friendly the faculty and students are, From the first time I was on campus, I felt very comfortable and at home.
Every semester, faculty have made sure students are building our portfolios to bring to our job interviews and internships.
The greatest advantage to being an athlete is that it has taught me time management and how to become a leader. Those skills have been the biggest takeaway because I have used them in the classroom and have been very successful.
