Earthborne Trucks and Equipment has proudly served Warrington, Philadelphia, and surrounding areas for over 45 years. Over time, they've become the go-to company for sales, service, and trucking. They provide their customers with an extensive line of construction, forestry, snow removal, and landscaping equipment in counties throughout Pennsylvania. They also serve surrounding communities with 24-hour towing and hauling services. Their new facility in Warrington includes a state-of-the-art service department, an expansive equipment showroom, and a well-stocked parts counter, serving customers with all makes and models of heavy equipment and heavy-duty trucks alike.

HOW DID YOUR COMPANY FIRST CONNECT WITH PENN COLLEGE?

We first connected with Penn College through the AED Foundation. We were looking for a college with a strong diesel technology program and Penn College was the perfect fit.

HOW HAS ENROLLING AS A CORPORATE TOMORROW MAKER ENHANCED YOUR PARTNERSHIP WITH PENN COLLEGE?

We have been fortunate to grow our relationship with Penn College by participating in the first annual Diesel Technology competition and through the scholarship program.

WHAT QUALITIES OF PENN COLLEGE STUDENTS MAKE THEM STAND OUT FOR YOUR OPERATIONS?

The dedication and determination of the students have been inspiring. Every student we have encountered thus far has been so passionate about their field and excited to start their futures.

WHAT ASPECTS OF YOUR COMPANY ATTRACT OUR STUDENTS AND FUTURE STUDENTS TO JOIN YOUR OPERATION?

This facility is a service tech's dream with state-of-the-art workstations and personal workstations for each service technician. Each bay has overhead crane capabilities for the heaviest jobs, as well as a specialized paint department, fabrication, and indoor wash bays for large trucks and equipment.

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU SHARE WITH HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS (AND PARENTS) WHO ARE CONSIDERING PENN COLLEGE?

The faculty and facilities at Penn College are fantastic. The hands-on learning will give students a great advantage coming into the workforce. Penn College gives their students all the right tools to succeed in their future careers.

WHAT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE PENN COLLEGE STUDENTS TO BETTER PREPARE THEM TO JOIN YOUR TEAM?

Versatility and knowledge are key. We encourage cross training within our organization because no two days are the same. This industry is constantly growing and changing. The willingness to learn is important.
