John Wilson

John "Jack" Wilson is a nationally-certified instructor and a subject matter expert in building science, combustion safety, and HVAC in both the residential and commercial building energy retrofit fields. Jack's primary responsibility is managing the Center’s technical expertise and workforce mentoring efforts in the field and in the classroom.

Jack has experience developing and teaching the entire portfolio of courses that the Center offers. He is a Building Performance Institute (BPI) Exam Proctor and holds nearly every BPI certification, including all four Home Energy Professional certifications (Retrofit Installer, Crew Leader, Energy Auditor, and Quality Control Inspector). Additionally, he has experience conducting agricultural energy assessments.
