John "Jack" Wilson is a nationally-certified instructor and a subject matter expert in building science, combustion safety, and ventilation in both the residential and commercial building energy retrofit fields. He is a Level 1 Thermographer, a BPI Proctor, and holds BPI certifications for Building Analyst, Envelope Specialist, Heating Specialist, Multifamily, and all four of the Home Energy Professional job classifications.
Jack's primary responsibility is providing technical expertise in the field and in the classroom for the Center's clients. Jack instructs over 30 courses, including all four Home Energy Professional training programs, Building Operator Certification (BOC) Levels I and II, Commercial Building Re-tuning, OSHA Construction Industry, EPA Certified Lead Renovator, and many Building Performance Institute certifications. Additionally, he has experience conducting agricultural energy assessments.
