Dawn Snyder is a Training Coordinator at the Clean Energy Center at Penn College. Her background is in Construction Design, HVAC, Agriculture and Education.
Prior to working at Penn College, Dawn worked for over 20 years in the construction field as a Designer/Project Manager in Gettysburg. She was on the teaching and building maintenance staff at Upper Dauphin Area School District for 10 years where she was responsible for HVAC maintenance and groundskeeping. She was most recently was employed at Solar Innovations Inc. as a Sales Designer. She has extensive experience teaching secondary and adult education classes.
Dawn has a BS in Dairy Production from Penn State University and a BA in Design and Drafting from Bradley Academy. Her credentials include BPI Building Analyst, Weatherization Diagnostics, Customer Service, Infrared Certification, and she is a EPA RRP Certified Lead Renovator.
In addition, Dawn is retired as a third generation dairy farmer and she is an honorary FFA member.
