The skilled graduates from PCT’s predecessor, WACC, filled central PA facilities long before Penn College was established. The growth of the Plastics Program is a testament to the great collaboration between industry and secondary education, and West is proud to have been a part of that.
Today, the two sites in central PA are filled with great team members from Penn College, with over 10 alumni working in our Williamsport site alone. Nine of them graduated from the Plastics Program, and one from the original graduating class.
