Sarah Klinetob Lowe

Sarah Klinetob Lowe (she/her) is the Solar Program Manager for the Clean Energy Center. In this role Sarah is responsible for the development, marketing, and implementation of solar photovoltaic (PV) workforce development initiatives and training.

Sarah has over 15 years of experience related to solar photovoltaic systems, high-performance building design, energy retrofits, and student engagement. Prior to joining the Clean Energy Center, she worked in various roles at Penn State for 10 years, including as an educator on high-performance housing design and lead advisor to Penn State Solar Decathlon Design Challenge teams while at the Pennsylvania Housing Research Center, and as a project coordinator for students to install solar PV systems in Honduras.

Sarah is a NABCEP PV Associate, Certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC), and LEED Green Associate. She holds an M.S. in Architectural Engineering, and B.S. degrees in Engineering Science and German, all from Penn State.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys hiking, traveling, playing board games, and social dancing.
