Kristen has a background in accounting, grants management, procurement and customer relations. Previous to Penn College, she worked for the County of Lycoming in the Fiscal Department for seven years monitoring and reporting on federal and state grants.
Kristen works closely with directors, grant managers and outside partners on budgets, data collection and project management. She coordinates with partners, project staff and industry representatives to develop outreach strategies and enhance the impact of projects as part of a broader sustainability plan.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, relaxing at the beach, and spending time with her family.
