A 19-year-old female, who formerly attended Penn College, reported being grabbed and forced by an unknown, "college-age" white male, who she said was carrying a knife, to an off-campus apartment, where she said she was sexually assaulted. The incident reportedly occurred while the woman was walking on Vine Avenue on Sunday, Aug. 19, at approximately 6 p.m.

"Welcome Weekend," a two-day get-acquainted program for new Penn College students, began Saturday morning.
