Due to scheduling and travel snafus, Penn College's baseball team will end its season with a doubleheader at Penn State Beaver on Saturday, rather than playing in the four-team Penn State University Athletic Conference Mid-Season Classic. The first game is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. with the second following.
Due to the great success of last year's Donkey Basketball event during Homecoming, and thanks to overwhelming response from the Penn College community, Donkey Basketball is coming back. As part ofthe college's2007 Homecoming celebration, Donkey Basketball will be heldat 8 p.m.Thursday, Oct. 11, in Bardo Gym. Donkey riders are needed. The teams will be faculty/staff vs. students.
The Gallery at Penn College, on the third floor of Pennsylvania College of Technology's Madigan Library, will host "Interwoven Dialogues," an exhibit of paintings by Florence Putterman, of Selinsgrove, from Oct. 9 to Nov. 4.
