A Hughesville High School senior is the recipient of the 2010 Peggy Madigan Memorial Leadership Scholarship at Pennsylvania College of Technology. Megan Schmid, an ornamental horticulture: landscape technology major interning at the School House Garden Market in Bloomsburg, was interviewed for this weekend's episode of "Home & Backyard" on WNEP-TV.
