William A. Rutkowski, a junior at Pennsylvania College of Technology, was named the first recipient of the Brian E. Liles Memorial Scholarship. Rutkowski, Dickson City, is pursuing a bachelor's degree in plastics and polymer engineering technology.
Adam C. Barilla, a sophomore in the plastics and polymer engineering technology major at Pennsylvania College of Technology, was named the recipient of the Frazier Family Scholarship for Fall 2005. Barilla, of Strong, carries a 3.91 grade-point average and is a member of Penn College's student chapter of the Society of Plastics Engineers.
